Delivery Locations

Imama Zin currently ships within Australia and to the US only. For other destinations please enquire at dennelle@imamazinswim.com.

Delivery Charges Within Australia

Orders within Australia over $150: Free

Orders within Australia under $150: $9.90

NB: Fees are in Australian currency.

Delivery Times Within Australia

All orders processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the following day. All purchases made on weekends and public holidays, will ship on the next business day.

We work with Shippit, so have a number of options to get our deliveries to you as quickly as possible. You’ll also will be kept up to date with notifications on your parcel’s progress, and be supplied a tracking code to follow.

All parcels are dispatched from Bondi Beach, NSW.

For metro delivery: Allow 2-3 working days

For rural delivery: Allow 3-5 working days.

For certain out of range areas not supported by the courier companies, delivery will be via regular express post (3-7 business days).

All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, a collection slip will be issued with details on how to locate your parcel from your closest collection centre.

Please note we can not ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use the 'Track my order' feature located in the confirmation email.

Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.

Delivery Charges to the US

We offer standard shipping and an optional express shipping option to major US metro areas.

Orders to the US over $150: Free standard shipping or $25.00 express shipping

Orders to the US under $150: $20.00 standard shipping or $45.00 express shipping.

NB: Fees are in Australian currency.

Delivery Times to the US

For standard shipping: Allow 6-13 working days

For express shipping: Allow 2-4 working days.

Order Cancellations

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed through the website.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

Imama Zin offers credit notes and refunds on all full price purchases provided the following:

  • The garment is returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Garment is in original condition, including unworn, unwashed
  • Tags are attached to all items
  • The hygiene seal is in place - please make sure swimwear is tried on over your underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse items where it is obvious this has not been done

Should you wish to return your purchase for a credit note, we will issue a credit of 100% of your order value excluding shipping costs. This credit will be emailed to you once your return has been processed, and will be available to use immediately through our online store.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need an alternate size please go ahead and place a new order.

Returns will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Returns are available on sale items unless marked 'final sale'.

How do I organise a return?

Once your return has been approved, please send your item/s back to us immediately. Late returns will not be accepted.

Where do I send my return to?

We will provide you with the complete postal address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number to you via email.

Are returns free?

We are currently running a special offer of risk-free returns. This mean Imama Zin will incur the shipping costs for returning items to Imama Zin for credit or refund if your return is approved.

At all other times, the shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to Imama Zin for credit or refund will be at your own expense.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

For faulty garments please email returns@imamazinswim.com so that we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. You will be compensated for postage in all faulty return circumstances.  We will access the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
